Designed for maximum square metre savings and multi-purpose use.

The octagonal shape of the octagonal bay windows provides space for a built-in bed and a wardrobe, and on the bathroom side, a washbasin cabinet and an external storage unit.

With the rail ladder opening and closing system used in loft models, the space allocated to the staircase, which usually narrows Tiny Houses, has been saved, which provides a living space with a width that exceeds the expectations among Tiny Houses.

The locations and dimensions of the doors and windows were calculated by considering air flow, daylight and viewing angles.

A special place was allocated for each of the daily use tools (cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, washing machine) that take up space in the house but should always be at hand.

The choice of materials was thought by prioritising natural, high quality, recyclable, long-lasting inside and outside of the building.

Lines, frames, material distribution ratios and colour scales are the result of an aesthetic search, inspired by the Art-Deco period, which has made a significant contribution to the history of design, and adapted to the present day.
